1. What can I order from 
You can order several different flavors of Tou cake at this time. 

2. How can I place an order and make payment? 
You can order by clicking on the “Tou Cake” tab and shop online or you can contact us from the contact page. 

3. Can I phone or fax in my order? 
Orders are accepted online and by phone only. If you call, please and leave a message with a callback number and your order will be confirmed. 

4. Which credit cards do you accept? 
At present we accept Debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, and PayPal. 

5. Is my credit card or debit card number secure? 
Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured ensuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted. 

6. Does the order entry page use SSL encryption? 
Yes. Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers and other personal information. 

7. How do I know that you have correctly registered the order that I placed? 
After you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you have any changes to your order please e-mail or call immediately. 

8. How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made? 
If in the Metro Atlanta area, we shall deliver within 3 to 4 business days. For orders outside the Metro Atlanta, area please allow 6 business days or less for delivery. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped. 

9. What is the mode of delivery? 
US Postal Service or local courier within the Metro Atlanta area. 

10. How do I check the current status of my orders? 
Go to the “Customer Login” page at and log into your account to check order status 

11. Can I cancel an order after it is submitted? 
Since your Tou Cake is made to order, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the date and time of placing the order. Cancellations must be in writing by e-mailing or the online contact form. Customer’s name and order number must be included. 

12. Return Policy? 
Since this is a perishable food item, there is no “Return Policy” available. 

13. Do you ship outside of the United States? 
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. 

14. Can I request a special flavor currently not listed? 
Yes. Please contact us to discuss special request.
